What would be the ideal pump for 3/4 line? Would a over flow box on the aquarium be a idea? Thanks for the help

I had a guy in town build a sump and refugium for me. I have 3/4 lines coming in and out. From the tank to the sump. I have a Danner model 18 pump. 1800 GPH. Well the pump is pumping all the water out of my sump. What do I do? Do I go with a smaller pump or what?

Can I have more than one tang per tank. I already have a Vlamingi and I was hoping to buy a Naso and/or a Hippo Tang. Would all these fish get along? Thanks in advance.

Well my big rock I have taken out of the water and scrubbed it down in saltwater and I must not have got it all because it grew right back. When it starts off it looks like translucent volcano. How do I get rid of them?

2 questions here. I have this translucent stuff growing on my live rock. I scrubbed it off and it grew back. It starts off like a smill white translucent tube then grows into this. Then I have this pure white stuff growing on my live rock also. I hope you can tell from these pics. Thanks in advance.

I have new water.

What do you mean, how did the process go? I have 120 lbs of ls, lr back in tank after tank cleared up, 120 gl tank. Tank is about a yr old. I put the lr in another tank while I was changing ls and water.

I took all my water and cc out and replaced with ls and fresh water. Do I have to wait for my tank to cycle before I put my fish in? Also I did not rinse the sand.

I have read that live rock needs calcium, phosphate, and iodine. I have a 110 gallon tank so how often do I add these and can I over dose the rock? Also how much and how often? Thnak you very much for the answers.

I tried to upload a picture but the file is to big. They are inch and a half wide but they had 3/4 inch bulkheads in them.
