    Do you have a built in overflow? I have a yellow watchman goby and he went missing for 3 months. I found him alive at the bottom of the overflow. Lost his color but was alive!

    Pumps should turn over the volume of the aquarium 10-15 times per hour. Ex A 100g tank should have 1000 to 1500g every hour depending on your livestock. I would recommend buying 2 pumps instead of 1 just in case 1 fails. Hope this helps ! Good luck.
