We have a 75 gallon tank, the water was set up with salt in a 5 gallon bucket for 2 days.It was about 4-5 gallons we added

The water was put in about 1 hour ago, when should I test, rightnow, or does it take awile to mix all together? Will this kill my inhabitants right away? (FIsh and inverts) 1 mushroom frag)

will it hurt your tank to use saltwater to top off, will that make the salinity shoot way up? If so, what can I do to decrease it, my husband topped it off with saltwater. Do I need to panic??

I just got a mushroom coral frag 2 days ago, and it seems to be double the size just today! Is that possible. How fast do they grow??
