ok i put my sea gel into my canister and they are about gone today and yea i have seen alot more algea since i got new lights last week i got 2 metal halide 150 watt 20k

ok so i have a 90 gallon reef tank withe 2 ehiem canister filters and a sump/refugium my phosphates have been in my tank for a while as soon as i get them down they go right back up ?? ive tried sea gel water changes and chemi pure and bio beads nothing seems to be working the canister filters...

thanks for the detailed information my over flow box didnt have the gph i thought it did so i just put a ball valve on the end of the pump to slow the water input dow a bit im hoping it all works when i go to hook every thing up

No I just have a simmer that hangs on the back of the tank what should I put in the sump for better filtration and why are there the dividers in the sump

I added bio pellets to my tank I didn't have a reactor I just put them in a sock and in my overhang filter my nitrate were high and this took them away in about 2 days

So do u think I should catch the shark and put him in another tank for now till he starts eating. Also my trigger is only the size of a silver dollar and really don't bother the other fish and the tags are not that big either
