So how strong of a powerhead is needed in a 75. Now I have a pair of Seio M620 (620gph) and not really pleased with the flow.

Is a pair of Seio M2600 (2600gph) way to much for a 75 gal. Whats a good gph rating for a 75.

Not sure myself so, will one 400W MH 14K Bulb in a Mongul Socket spread the light good enough for a 75g? Or will a 440W VHO fixture do the same job as the MH's.
