i am not sure of spinich, but romaine has little nutritional value.you are better off feeding them seaweed selects.

it is hard to tell from the picture,it could be a maroon clown if it not black and dark brown.

i have the 175 bow and canopy in the living rm.no tlb.it is a nice piece of furniture,keeps the wife happy.

when i do water changes i siphon the water out from the bottom of the wet/dry.

the yellow is the more aggressiveand should be added to rhe tank last.some times the aggression will last only for a few days.how long has the fighting going on?

the only way the sg could drop, is if you took water out of your tank and replaced it with fresh water.

this may not be weird, i thought it was cool.i have a maroon clown that hosts a long tentacled anemone.i was feeding the anemone and dropped a whole piece of krill in the tank.the clown grabbed the krill and fed it to the anemone.

those rates are not bad for a fowlr,any thing less than 50 is ok.

my tank is 175 fo/lr and i have what looks like little tubes about 1/4 or 1/2 inch long and about the size of spaghetti wide and covered with sand.growing out of the sand.can anybody tell me what this is. thanks in advance
