How do i calibrate my REfractometer

people keep saying use ro water ok if i get ro water how do i calibrate? i have the screw and all but what do i do once i put the ro water

r/o or distilled will work. put the water on the glass plate and cover w/ the plastic piece. look through the eye piece. there should be two halves-a blue and white. where the two meet is where zero needs to be. turn the sc.rew till the line is at zero.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Just zero it down with the little screwdriver after placing RO on the glass plate.
