I just got a new clam for my tank - tanks been up for 1.5 years. I have 2 175 MHs and 96 watts of attinic. The clam is on the sand bed now. Should I leave it there or does it need to be on a rock or higher in the tank. The tank is a 45 gal bow tank.

Please let me know what these two items are. First 2 maybe sundials. Please let me know if good or bad. The second looks like some type of small worm. It is in the hole in the rock, It is black and white striped. Thanks

elegance coral is doing great in my tank. I have had it for 6 months and has grown. :joy:

When making any skimmer the plastic has varios oils on it when it is made. It takes a couple of days for it to wearoff and then it should be working fine.

I'll try and get a better pic later. It looks like a catapiller.

Moved it up higher in the tank. Still does not look good. Everything else looks great. Elegant Coral is open and looking great. X-Mas worms out and looking great. Just the new xenia does not look good.

it was on the sand in the store. I was going to move it later but just put it there for now. If you think it will make a differennce i will move it now.

I purchased this yesterday - Looked great at store - I acclimated and put in tank. The stem looks full but the fingers are small. Please advise. All readings perfect in tank.
