If your talking about on the right of the overflow, it's just some live rock. If your talking about the other side of the overflow next to the frogspawn, it's a worm rock.

what kind of corals you can get depends on what kind of fish you already have? Some are reef safe, some not. What worries me more is you say you have a 125 gal tank with only a canister filter? If this is true, before you do anything else, your going to need a sump for a tank that big. I did my...

Are you planning on getting the type of acropora's and clam's that need MH? If not, go with T-5's. Got em on my 90 and doing great!
