Frogspawn Coral

I was wondering if anyone has seen this any where.I have a piece of frogspawn 4 buds and one of the buds has a bubble in it. It was not there when I got it it started about 2 weeks ago.The bubble is almost clear about the size of a dime.When I take a picture it does not come out well but it has gotten bigger so I will try again.

hard to tell without pic, but if the tentacles are not extending enough, could be the mouth your seeing.
