everyone has conflicting opinion on water changes. I personaly do at 30 % change once a month, or if i add new corals I'll do mabye a 15% water change. My tank does wonderful.

they arent bad for your tank untill they die. I had a flat worm problem, you need to get a product called Flat Worm Exit. You can sit there and watch them die, there are so many in your tank that you cant see its rediculous. BUT when they die they give off a toxic chemical into the water...

gotcha, yeah just watch out some lfs out there will tell you stuff and they arent correct. Find you a lfs that have regular people you know and see everytime you're in there and get to know them and it helps alot.
