need help quick! BIG bristleworm--how to remove?

the damn thing is pretty fat and scary looking LOL at least 3" long. I can't remember what kind of rock it is.It seems like it started with an L I will call tomorrow and ask. It is nice rock and $5.00 per pound. I think I will try and remove him soon before I get too much in the aquarium. I will keep looking back here for your help.

Thats looks like the worm I took out of my tank!! I guess I did do the right thing by getting it the hell out of there, haha. Scary beast.
