anybody else have bulbs they prefer over others?

im assuming its an electronic ballast its an current outer orbit all in one...im fairly new to the mh's..when you change the k rating in bulbs will it effect different corals differently(i.e. will it be to strong for some or to weak for others)

im looking at replacing my metal halides ( i need 3) i currently have corallife bulbs 175w double ended 15k...and i was wondering if anyone has a brand of bulbs they prefer..... im looking at the xm's..anyone have any dislikes with them...also if someone could give me a run through on the k...

yeah its been a 1 1/2 since i replaced my mh's i replaced my actinic in january and planned on replacing my mh's in feb but i got laid at the beginning of feb and dont have $200 extra unemployment gives me what i need for bills and only alittle left over for the rest of the things in my...

i thought same thing about my lights being to strong but why did they last so long thyve only been in this condition for about a month...as far as food every other day i use a cube of reef plankton and a cube of cyclops and once every 4-5 days i use an all-in-one reef supplement..its really got...
