:help: Its been nearly 2 years since we've had an aquarium and now that we're situated, we want to start a new tank. I think we'll be setting up a 55 gal and I would like to know what equipement should I be investing in, like the recomended filter system, skimmer, lighting system, UV filter...

proabably about 2 fish in there, and it's going to be a reef.

I'd like to start a nano. Could you give me some pointers on filtration and all the other stuff i'd need to get it going?

I would like to setup a 10 gal, with live sand, live rock, a few fish and maybe a shrimp or 10 if it's not to clutterd and maybe some corals :) I just need to know what type of lighting will i need and some info on filtration.

well if a nano is no good. what about a 10 gal? what type of lighting, filtration will i need for it? and what about live sand, where can i get that?

maybe 1 really medium sized fish, maybe a maroon clown or a purple tang, but i think purple tangs have to be in a 40gal+. corals would be nice to add into my tank also.
