wow, really? when i do my weekly water changes i just make sure the salt is fully dissolved and pour a little in at a time. I only do about 10-15% water change a week though. I dont think 12 hours qualifies as "several hours" like the label says. seems like maybe more along the lines of 3 to 5...

I just mixed some DI water with kalkwasser mix.... It says to let stand for several hours. my question: How long is a several hours?????? What are your strategies/opinions? :help:

wow, covering some fish? that can't be good. you should think about controlling that stuff real soon. cut back your light and feeding. water changes. i use a reg. old turkey baster that i bought strictly for my tank to blow that stuff off the rock and anywhere else. I do my best possible not to...

alright, i guess i'll just use the epoxy. i have some but have not needed to use it yet. but for this i'm sure i can use a very small amount of epoxy for this.

actually, do you think the smallest bit of epoxy would send the skimmer crazy?

do I have to use the epoxy or can i do it with super glue???

I have a frag of zoas that is on this little piece of live rock rubble... the colony has about 18-22 polyps now and seems to be growing. I'm wondering if I can super glue this piece of rubble to a spot in my tank??????

is it bad? it is slowly clearing up, but i think I'm doing a good job controlling it.
