Regarding the clownfish hosting an anemone in the tank, I have heard that sometimes they host it and sometimes they simply don't.

I have not kept an anemone and don't plan on keeping one at least for a while but I'm pretty sure they need a lot of light. Can the biocube handle their lighting needs?

Maybe a protein skimmer?

You could probably do 4 yellow striped cardinal fish. Since you already have 3 other fish in the aquarium I'm not sure if I would add any more fish than that :/ Also, that damsel is a little worrisome because the cardinal fish I suggested (and a lot of other small schooling fish) are peaceful...

13 fish sounds like too many. Probably half that amount would be ok depending on the size and needs of the fish.

I wouldn't add any fish until your tank is done cycling as they could die with a sudden ammonia spike.
