    VHO enough for some anemones?

I'm wanting anemones, so I was thinking about going something like, 1x175 MH and 2x96 acitinic for my 58 gallon, but I'm worried that they'll create too much heat. Not trying to hi-jack the thread, but I'm curious as well, if VHO can support some anemones for my lil clown's to host. Thanks!

    How hard would it be...

to make a canopy for my 58 gallon oceanic? What tools would be required/reccomended and what should my first steps be in the process? I have a friend with the exact same aquarium so I could get his exact deminsions when it was neccessary. Thanks!

    Unfortunate event

Had an unfortunate event happen tonight, my flame angel got stuck in a piece of live rock while swimming through a hole in it. The hole started out big on one side, then funneled down to a smaller side. He was stuck like this for nearly 2 hours as I was hoping he would just get himself unstuck...

    Anyone In Texas Looking For....

Couple of questions for ya: What type of lighting? I'd presume since you have 75g reef in your title, that the lighting would be sufficient for corals? Wouldn't happen to have any pictures of it while it was up and running, would you? Lastly, when are you looking to get it moved out? Thanks
