Whats the benefit of having the dawn and dusk setup on the light timers? i have never done that and my animals have done great. would they do even better with having the lighting setup like that? i had custom sealife pcs on my one tank for the past couple years, they don't sell these lights...

i just have pc lights on my nano tanks. and have the timer hae both day and actinic lights come on and off at the same time.

i have my lights come on at 9am and go out at 9pm. how many hrs do you guys keep your lights on for? these are my nano tanks- ten gallons.
