I know that you can only support the aquarium from the edges. My qustion is how much support should be there?? Should I build a 1" lip to fit the tank onto or is there more or less needed?? Hope this makes sense...... The planned tank has a 60"x24" footprint Thanks

Also check with local bulk cement operations. Many sell portland to ready mix companies, and if any cement is spilled it cannot be used in the industry. Many times they give it away to someone that is willing to bring a bucket and a shovel.
