Thanks for the encouraging words, Al. I will put the PH back in and keep my fingers crossed I guess. Maybe I'll try pointing it in a different direction instead of straight across the tank. I'll test my water first and see if anything has changed. Thanks again!

So you think I should put the PH back in? The CB was just fine before, great color, eating like a horse, very active. I just can't understand what could have happened so fast if it didn't have something to do with the PH. Could there have been anything in it that got into the water that...

I lost my CB... I put the new PH in as instructed and after a while (not sure exactly how long), I notice the CB was acting strange like he was freaking out so I unplugged the PH thinking the flow was too strong and needed to be repositioned of something, but then he kind of sunk to the bottom...

Thanks to everyone. Sorry for over reacting. I guess I was in shock and feeling defeated. I am going to LFS today to ask if they will take fish back and then to Wal-mart to see if they have filter suggested. If I get the double filter and continue running the Aqua Clear, can I hold off...

I took out the pieces you mentioned - were added to see if clowns would be interested since I can't have an anemone - was something I found on a forum. I wasn't planning on adding more fish, just more CUC. Is there anything I can do with the 29G that isn't expensive. Well, I probably can't...

The filter is a new Aqua Clear rated for 30 gallon so I should get another one and run both and also a power head? I guess I better try to sell what I have as I can't afford all of that and don't have any way to get rid of fish - not sure what you mean - not flush them??? Sorry that I don't...

Thank you again. I will post pics next. Is this the test kit I should purchase? (now let's see if I can get a picture posted). Yeah! I think that worked. I will also post past results of water tests done by LFS. I will try to get out there today to have checked again and to check their...

Well, I'm learning that now. I was following instructions given by an LFS staff, who I was told had a lot of experience with saltwater and was a perfectionist so if anything would advise on the safer side. Since I don't have my own test kits, don't know when the ammonia spiked, but wouldn't...
