My tank is four week old, I have had several deaths: 5 turbo snails, cleaner shrimp and now it looks like my sand star is going. Is there not enough algea and filth to support them, all my levels are good. Just not sure which direction to head. Thanks

When I came out one morning this week I found my cleaner shrimp dead and half eaten, then the next day I witnessed him eating a turbo snail. Is this normal behavior from a sally, is he killing or cleaning up the mess? Thanks
