hockey player thanks for replying there is a flow control from the pump to the skimmer and a outlet control on the skimmer this outlet control adjust the amount of bubbles in the chamber i've played with this control and have it set right the unit was expensive and works great as i said before...

thanks predator i'll try the filter sock where do you get one at? lfs? also, where do you obtain a bubble trap for the sump? thanks for the help

there is a flow reducer on top of the pump right now i have it wide open the skimmer is from Etss and got real good reviews from alot of on-line sites it wasn't cheap $200 it skimms like crazy but produces alot of bubbles which are being sent back to tank via return pump any other sugesstions...

I just bought a super reef devil - in-sump protein skimmer. It works great but there are a ton of tiny bubbles going back into the tank. What can I do to remedy this situation? Thanks for your help!
