I have a question and need help identifying these little creatures that are everywhere in my reef tank, they look like baby star fish and are small and are all in my rocks

in a 120 gal reef tank,is 2 #4 korilla enough for the 120 gal or do i need more movement.

I have a 120 gal fish and reef tank and Iam using 48" T5 ( 8 bulbs x 54 watts ) = 432 watts - it has 4 whites, 4 actinics and 4 lunar lights. That is enough lighting for my 120gal correct, and is the T5 ok.
