    Dwarf Puffers

I have a fully acclimated GSP, he was rather slow and docile for the first few weeks. He perked up when we tried live mealworms, but tired of that very quickly. I did a little research and learned they go ga-ga over conch....I added that to my food mix of broccoli, scallops, shrimp, purple...

Do You Think SW Aquariums Are Addicting? Poll

I absolutely agree its addicting and I have to say the research is probably the most addictive. I pined over a tank for over 2 years before actually purcasing the one I wanted, and I spend thousands of hours reading various things online. Now I have six books to read including Clownfishes and...

    Is there a Fixture that's 6 x 65 Watts???

My LFS is suggesting MH because of the depth and my concern over whether or not to purchase an anemone... But I've read 3-5 watts per gallon for plants and anemones, the PC fixture with 4 96 watt bulbs would suffice no? Its gonna be a long time before I consider an anemone, so its not pressing...

Black & White Ocellaris Pair, with Percula Pair?

Every thing I'm reaing is saying that the Black & Whites are safe to mix with ANY other species...will very little to the contrary..... I'm just curious if any of the more experienced Hobbyist find this to be true. I have a Pair of Percs getting along famously and we happened to see 2 Black and...

    ocellaris clown

I have a 2 inch Perc, and I just added a 1 1/2 inch perc tonight and it took all of about 3 minutes for them to start swimming side by side which amazed me because the previous little one I added (about 3/4 inch) was chased for almost 2 days before they started getting along. But then the little...

But I liked my little 65 watts power compact lights...lol I was hoping someone would tell me they know where or how to just put 4 higher wattage bulbs in it, but seems that's not an option

    Is there a Fixture that's 6 x 65 Watts???

question's self explanatory... I have a 95 gallon and a fixture that holds 4 straight pin 65 watt bulbs...but thats no really enough lighting for my tank...or is it I only have fish and live rock now, but I might want other goodies later....will that lighting sustain an anemone if I choose to...
