    I used a srpay paint and got bad coverage also, I am going to drill my tank tonightm and then go over it with another layer of paint!!

    I already started building it close to the design of post #9, but with one more short baffle next to the return pump. If I don't like is, I can just build another (10 gallon tank and glass peices = cheap)

    updated, remember, drains on both sides, return pump is the red box.

    I wasn't sure how many baffles would be needed, but pulling two out just gives me more room for the already small fuge. the left side is the other drain with the baffles pusing the water through LR rubble. and obviously a return pump in the center.

    this will be a 10 gallon sump in place under a 29 gallon display tank. I look forward to your input!
