    red sea mini lab calcium test states ' users of ro water should add calcium by putting coral sand, crushed coral or dolomite in their water storage tank or by using a calcium additive' so iassumed aragonite to be coral . maybe wiser to use the bag for dsb and get the crushed coral.

    well ive had the red sea 50 up for two weeks now and some reduction in the suspended algae , corals seem ok.easy to calibrate .you have to email red sea for the carbon air filter, have carbon in media bag in sump for return from skimmer water.

    i have added both, yet with ozone only at 300, i either get only some foam or very white from skimmer, which is more beneficial ? also is it a good idea to add natures ocean sand to ro water tub to boost mineralization ?

    po-4 between .05 -1.0 never has moved, keep sponge in sump. how do i drip kalk, sounds like you keep a 5 gal jug w/ pump. my tank evaporates 5 gals a week, always at 78 degrees even w/ lights out allday
