anemone's will attach themselves and often move to where they feel comfortable. If you have a spot you want it try redirecting the current so it wont blow the anemone but keep in mind it may move on its own.

According to this site hippo tangs are fine in a 40 gal tank, and I have two occalaris clowns which are inseperable and a seabea clown that hosts the seabea anemone all of which get along great
