How long have you had him in the tank and what are your levels? I wouldnt be to worried. i have 2 purple fire fish and they hid for 3 days. then i finally saw them. i woould say if you dont see them with in 6 days, go looking for them.

I can explain it better if you want me to. Ok. the shrooms will eat plankton and light. I use marine snow and DT's photo plankton. you just put the proper ammount in the tank and they should eat it, but remember to turn off the skimmer wile adding these things. the polyps, you feed the same...

The corals will eat light. what lighting do you have? i know some of the shrooms will eat plankton(marine snow, DT's live photo plankton). you just place the right amount into the tank. no shrimp nessesary.
