    Thanks for the terrific responses, just an update, when I told the man that I bought them from that I would pursue getting part of my money back for what I was unhappy with. He aggreed that he did NOT send what I thought that I was getting , The refund was made to may paypal account yesterday...

    Thanks all, goes to show that you can't trust allot of people. we had allot of conversations about what he was sending,told me they would be around 4 to 6 inches tall. What a joke. I will do what I have to to recoup, if it means ruining his business. Thanks

I searched under his ---- user name and found the exact same items, the auction sold for the identical items for 51.00 on ----,same...

    Maybe you have a neighbor that you can have it left with? You can sign a paper so that fedEx has your signiture. Leave it with the neighbor to give to them. Just a thought
