    Red Yellow Tang!!

    The Nitrates are 0 ppm....I have Humu and Clown Triggers, a snowflake moray, and a porcupine puffer. I feed them algae strips and brine flakes in the morning, silversides and krill at nite. I do have an outbreak of green mossy algae im fighting right now that is making my tank look gross.

    My Yellow Tang has these red blotches on him. The tank conditions are all fine. What kind of disease is this? Can the other guys catch it? He is eating, and he isn't rubbing himself on the rocks.

    Its 2 days later. I have been treating the Ich with Rid-Ich for 24 hours with not much sign of improvement. If I decide to do the hyposalinity, how low must I get it? How long over a period of time should I be lowering the salinity? Will this also kill the Black Spot Ich on my yellow tang?

    Black pinhead dots on my yellow tang!!

    My yellow tang has these tiny blck things on him that you can only see up close. They are smaller than a pinhead. He is still as mobile and hungry as ever and he has had this for about 5-6 weeks. Anyone know what these little spots are??
