I have a Yellow Tang, Humu Trigger, Porcupine Puffer, and 2 Percula clowns in a 55 Gallon Aq. The Tang has Black Spot Ich, and I treated him 3 times. It keeps coming back. The Porcupine has white ich (I think). There are little white bugs crawling all over the glass from the inside of the tank. What am I to do? I don't want to lose these guys. They are all eating fine and showing no signs of illness. What should I do at this point?

The "bugs" crawling on the tank glass are not something that you should be concerned about. These are natural fuana for tanks with Live rock or sand. I assume you have this?
Can you describe the black and white ick in more detail? Can you also give details about how you have treated the fish? Do you have a hopital tank? If not, what type of tank do you have?

I have crushed coral as a substrate. I have treated the Yellow Tang in 4 Formylin baths already. He stays clean for 4 or 5 days and then the black spots return. The Porcupine has these white spots on his fins and it looks like white dots all over his body. He is eating fine though and not really rubbing himself on the rocks like the Tang is doing. I will attempt a 10 gallon water change/vaccuming. I don't know if I should use an Ick remedy for the entire tank or just the sick fish. I really want to clean the enitre tank because the Tang keeps getting the spots after treatment.

Its 2 days later. I have been treating the Ich with Rid-Ich for 24 hours with not much sign of improvement. If I decide to do the hyposalinity, how low must I get it? How long over a period of time should I be lowering the salinity? Will this also kill the Black Spot Ich on my yellow tang?
