I was wondering why you cant put plants directly into a tank, I know thats what a refugum is for but I was just wondering the reason.

I had an electric flame scallop and never had to feed it and it was fine. But it died after around 3 or 4 months, maybe thats why. I will probably get another 1 there great and I'll maybe even feed it this thime

Something to make my tank look a little less bare. Zoos leathers maybe a few more anemones. Just stuff to bring some color in my tank.

Right now I got my dads real old floresent lights that are 23" is there any way i can just find the right bulbs for a reef?

I have a 30 Gal FOWLR it 36" X 12" X 14" and I'm looking to change it to a reef. I have been searching the forums but I cant exactly seem to find the right info for my tank. How many watts and Ks? 250w MH 20K would this be enough?

Right now my tank is siting on top of my dresser and there no other space in my room but I plan to move it. Am I sill able to add plant life to my aquarium with out all that extra stuff?

I know this tank isnt complete yet but I dont know whats missing. I got a Flame Angel and and 5 Damsels. A few crabs and snails along with a cleaner shrimp and a hiding anemone. Whats next?
