would this work?..... i have a 30g tank and a wet dry. i want to use the 30g as a fuge. can i put the wet dry in the 30g and have it raised about 5 inches or so and drill holes in the bottom of the sump on the wet dry so after the water come from the tank and gets filtered in the wet dry it...

i want to start to build this before i get the tank so once i get it i will be able to have it all set up. im gettin a 75g tank and i currently have a pro clear 75 wet dry and i am going to use a 30g as a refugium. does anyone have any plans drawn up or instructions on how to do this? im not...

let me ask it a little easier....if i have a 75g tank and a 30g refug does taht mean my tank can hold fish that are only suitable for tanks that are for 100g or does it mean i still can only get fish that belong in a 75 since that is my dt?

i have a 45g tank...im going to be upgrading to a 75 g probably. i was going to put my proclear 75 wet dry in a 30g tank and make that into a refugium(does this sound right, still not sure how and everything). my question is do i add the 75 and the 30g and tell people i have a 105g tank? and...

well so far, not saying that it doesnt happen but my trigger, puffer and CC star dont eat any snails or hermits or anything. the trigger sometimes trys to eat snails but mostly just throws them across the tank. the pet store said the star eats algea. thats why i got it.

i put him in a different tank. and i took the crab out too because he was making all sorts of problems by fighting with the other crab

how do i feed him when he is at the bottom of the tank on the ground? he ate some of a algea waffer earlier. now both crabs are eating him....

as u can kinda see he is getting more and more white spots on the points on him. and as for feeding him. i dont really feed him anything. i figured he just ate algea and food that doesnt get ate. was i sadly mistaken? and what should i do now....

all my params are good. they always have been. sg about 1.025-6 ph 8+ everything else 0. cal about 460 maybe a little less..phos 2. is CC bad for stars? i have cc ontop of LS (didnt no at the time it was a bad idea) recently added a second large hermit crab. about 1.5" shell. he is like eating...

i have had it for over 2 months. what is osmotic shock? does that mean its gonna die?

it looks cleaner. and there are better ones that sit in a sump rather then hob

so he should just forget about getting this? his tank is cycling right now and about to be done....i saw one of these skimmers set up on a reef tank and it looked like it was working great. he has a 30g tank.......

how are these? there is one at ***** for like 40$. my brother who doesnt have a big budget was thinking about getting this. does "you get what you pay for" count for this skimmer? thanks
