I'd start w/ live rock.... add all the live rock u want to have.... let it cicle...and then you can start corals..inverts....etc. (IMO)

shrooms will survive with med-light.....but if you want it to thrive I would look for at least 3 wpg.

I'd add some blue shrooms.... or any small blue fish.
