75g + is what I recommend.

I love my powder blue tang! and a month of qt is a must. powder blues aren't as much of open water swimmers as the other tangs so they will spend a lot of their time around the live swimming in and out of holes in the rock and grazing on algae. they are also aggressive towards new additions.

lol clown triggers can be very peaceful if you find the right one. but that can be difficult and you need to know what you are doing to find one. I have seen reef tanks around my town with large clown triggers with schooling chromis, dart fish, and other small reef fish along with sps and lps...

if a trigger fish is not something you really want I would not do it. my humu trigger is a model citizen. it doesn't touch my shrimp, corals, crabs, and snails. but not every trigger is the same. blue jaws are very docile and are often more friendly than tangs. and they don't touch your inverts...

a 4 gallon tank is a very, very tiny tank so it will be more difficult to care for than a larger tank. its be cause the tank has less water and things will get nasty fast. so you have little room for error. your tank is also to small for a clown fish let alone two. when your tank is new it will...
