Has anyone had success running Grape Caulerpa in their sump? All I have heard is negative things about it. I am running grape caulerpa in my new setup. Thoughts?

Yeah ,Agreed. Im actually going to wait until refugiun is established as well. Like to see caulerpa growing well and pods growing nicely. Plus parameters as well.

Peppermint shrimp do work, but if they are also eating fish food on a regular basis,they will mostly avoid the pest in question. Id squirt it with some hydrogen peroxide. Dont go crazy,just a squirt or 2 directly on it.

Its actually pretty awesome and I was checking it out last night and I have a baby blue algae showing now.

So I posted a while back about green,purple,pink algae and even brown. Now its 2 months later and the brown is gone and the green is being taken over by the pink and purple,more so the purple. Now my peppermint shrimp is carrying eggs which is a good sign but not sure what to do about it.
