well if you were going to put a niger trigger that can reach 20'' in their then a undilated trigger only gets half the size of a niger. i just want to see some one with a undi!!! the queen is almost as bad as the undi it just gets over 24''.

the undilated trigger would fit right in with the damsel.

from the size of your damsel try like a 2'' undilated trigger or a 4-5'' humu trigger. by the time the undi gets so mean that he will try to kill you if he gets a chance the damsel will be long gone.

try the humu or bursa trigger. was ther any physical damage to the niger trigger?

damsels the typ of fish that beat up on a fish just because they feel like it. people by them not knowing how agressive they are and the damsel will bully all the fish untill its just them.

i know the undi trig should never be kept with anouther fish. i was just jokeing, i would not of let that happen lol.

lol i just want to someone with a undi trig, the damsel probaly deservs what the trigger would do to it anyway.

if you want a fish that can take care of its self with a mean damsel that is relentless with its attacks try the undulated trigger.

i think you will be alright as long as you just do inverts and fish. water hardness is irelivent to salt water. once you put every thing together the tank will come to a steady ph wich should be around 8.0-8.4.

IMO you dont need ro water if you are doing FO. and if you use ro water you may see a 15 to 18% difference in algea. simple ,cheaper, solution... beef up your cuc. but the lack of algea in our home aquariums is unnatural. if you have been on a reef you will know what i am talking about lol. ro...

your UGF is an outdated filter sistem that will do more harm than good in a saltwater tank. you would be better off with out it IMO.
