Lol your fine. Just take your time no need to rush. The shrimp , like flower said is fine but acclimate very slowly . Drip acclimate is best. Also there not tolerant of high nitrate, so make sure that's Under Control

The smaller are prob there just hard to see. Since you have an established qt I would use it to try and train the new fish to eat frozen.

You can keep them together w no issues provided you have enough food for them. Meaning pods, unless there eating frozen foods.
