Thank you for the welcome, and yes the fuge will be out in the open, I consider the fuge to be another tank on it's own even though it's part of the same system, refugiums can be very beautiful tanks and this new one will be a stand alone tank even though it will be linked with the display tank.

I had a pom pom crab and it never bothered anything in the tank, my next tank will have a few of them. And yes my hermits ate every snail I had!
