In my area, its actually hard to find base. Everyone does live to varying degrees. I do get base when I can find it. Lately its been carib sea life branch rock. I like the branch look.

A lfs by me sells carib sea life rock. Its basically engineered live rock Nice stuff, but u don't get alot of cool stuff u do on actual lr

Its a 7ft 220. There can be yes. I have the tank, now just collecting supplies. I wana set it up according to the fish. Alot of branch rock in the corners for hiding. Lr spread out in the lower 3rd leaving top 2/3 for open swim. I do keep macros to feed .

Ah very good. There is a difference in trace elements. Its part of the reason for the change. Red has a higher cal, and I believe alk. Now are either important to my fowlr system? Prob not, but the instant doesn't seem to be the cleanest either. Now the red is also twice the cost. Lol
