Hello, Does anyone know of a type of puffer fish that would be able to live in a 26 gallon tank with a pair of percula clown fish ? I would really like to get a spotted puffer but some sites say minimum tank size for it is 20+ and some say 50 + ?

Also on tanks I have had in the past I have always had a hard time arranging the rocks to make a good solid looking reef and knowing how much to get. Does anyone know any tips? I have also heard of a type of rock that is cheaper because it isnt "live" yet i cant remember what it was called...
