well i took the covers off and made sure everything is intact. nothing broken. i made sure there was no build up inside where the shaft sits and on the shaft of the impellar itself. i read to use white vinegar to clean it. everything looks good to me.

i have a quiet one 3000 thats running on my protein skimmer.when the skimmer is turned off then plugged back in, the impellar wont turn. if i bump the impellar it will start turning and run fine. When i turn it off again it will be stuck till I bump it. I have cleaned it so i dont think thats...
