I think you could do pretty much all of them but I'd hold off on the feather duster and anemone till your tanks had tome to mature. I know your gonna need a very good light system for the coral you want and very good water.

Also what coral you can keep depends mainly on your lighting.

It seems like you want to keep some higher light and advanced coral the anemone and feather duster do better in a more established tank than a new one. The digitata even though it's sps is a pretty easy to keep coral and doesn't need as much light as other sps coral. The toadstool would work. I...

You might want to reconsider the sailfin tang they get to like 14-15". Other than that you could make it happen if you have good enough filtration. Also by "bristletooth tangs" are you planning to get multiple?

Well I'd skip on the eel since it seems like you want a peaceful tank and he would eat half the fish you want. I'd skip on the sailfin aswell they to big for a 75
