im not trying to talk you out of buying this 400 watter, but for a 125 you are going to need more than just 1 light.

for a 125 you should probably use 3, but you might be able to get away with 2. u you will just have a dark void somewhere in your tank depanding on where you place the lights. and yes, with 250w lights you will be able to keep any type of coral in the tank as long as they are under the output...
