I finally set up my RO/DI and did my first water change with pure water. My question how long does it take to get rid of the brown algea and if I use RO/DI water from now on will it ever come back? :thinking:

The one tube works great I just thought you need two one for backup incase the other fails. So should I not worry about running two tubes?

This may seem silly but how long can you store RO/DI water. I have about 50 gallons in a container it does not have an air tight lid will it get stale and should I leave a power filter in it to circulate it ? :notsure:
