I am confused about your removing the filter part of your statement... -shouldnt you just have cleaned the filter out and kept it running? what is your stock list in the tank, maybe overstocked? cut down feeding? but you should have 20 times the amount of flow as your tank size in gallons. so...

I would have to say my favorite fish would have to be - Maroon Clown I dont know enough about coral to know my favorite but I really really like -I believe its called frogspawn ?

well I have 4 12,000k PC at 65 Watts each and here is a picture of how high they are in the tank, perhaps when my shipment of new rock gets here I can re-arange the rock and get them higher!!!

not sure what they are lol, just saw them at my LFS and it said PINK SOFT CORAL HOLD FOR CAROL... 59.99$ just curioius to what they are. I talked to a friend and she said they are died that way... so no go!

well I got this box of dead coral from my mothers friend and I dont like any of it so I am going to break it up and use it as my filter media instead of the bioballs!!!! you can see my hammer in the box the only cool piece is that dead leather on the bottom right

SO I finally was able to get decent pictures picture #1 was the first to start the growth, was slow at first and then I started to supplement calcium and woohoo faster growth :) Picture #2 the second rock to start it grew some different shades Picture #3 my favorite one so far is growing all...

I would have to say modifying these skimmers has improved there performance but I still run in to common problems like overflow and constant adjusting. but octo I will buy soon
