If they are ready to spawn they will start cleaning an area on your live rock. Like Seth said read up on taking care of the fry. You should let them go through a few spawns before you try to get the eggs out before they hatch. My clowns are hosted by a hammer coral and they always laid eggs...

Ghost shrimp are great for training, at least he is eating those. You can gut load them with marine pellets. Do you have access to any acrylic rods. You can make a feeding stick by taping a piece of 50 pound fish line to the one end. That is where you can put food for them, silverside tails...

You got stung, dam, I hear it hurts, remember hot hot water, as hot as you can stand. THe one eyed fuzzy died the next day, the other one is doing great, went back to the LFS and bought another small female I think. Anyways get some more pictures and is he eating still.

What is your water level, bring your pump up higher, the tubing that connects the pump to the body should be as short as possible, I have the same skimmer. HTH

Make something to hold your bucket higher than your tank and siphon with a small piece or airline tubing.

Update - first batch is over a month old, they eat everything, cyclops eaz, crushed flake, BBS. Second batch not as big as the first 30 fry - gone through metamorphasis, eating cyclops and BBS. ANother batch is hatching as we type. First Batch - 50 fry approximately Second batch approx. 30 fry

If I were you I would fill the 40B with live rock and use your canister filters for flow add a heater and get the live rock or base rock going it won't hurt IMHO. You can even do this in a rubbermaid tote. Add a little floss in your canister filters to protect debre from getting in the pumps.

How is your new fuzzy dwarf doing, I bought another two little guys tonight. One has only 1 eye, but I think it is a female, I felt real bad for her so I bought her. Need a few females going to try to breed these guys as well.
