    Thank You For Your Help I have place him back in the tank. There was zero movement and he essentially fell to the bottom with very little or no reaction. I built a barrier around him with the rock to keep the tang from bothering him. Hopefully he lasts the night. If the potter does not survive...

    i put both fish in my tank while still in plastic to get them to the right temp. Then i put both fish in separate bowls with only my water. after 15 min i put the fish in my tank and everything seamed fine until now....
