Im looking into LEDs because they seem to save more energy. But really im just looking into anything that is good and will be able to keep my coral and anemones alive and healthy.

Its a 40 gallon tank and its 36in. by 17in. and I dont have anything else in there im just buying part by part untill i have everything else so i can start to cycle it.

So i looking into getting a lighting system that i can grow coral and anemones. Also i wanted to know if the new LED lighting systems work? Or if they are even better where can i find them at.

its a buld anemone my tank has been running for about 8 months now the tank size is 10 gallon the light idk how strong it is but i know the light bold is blue and the other one is white idk if that helps my salinity is 1.022 i have my light on 6 hours a day

My anemone has been getting smaller and smaller over a period of time now. Now its so small that it just looks flat whit nothing on it. is there anything i can do to save it and when do i know that its dead

i maybe had it for about 2 weeks before it got it ... so is this something thats pretty bad ... ohh man idk it said ich in the bottle its just that im not home right now so i couldnt tell you why does it matter alot what kind of medicen i use ... can my other fish also get ich because one has it...

so lets say its a bit high or to low how would i fix this problem ..... also my fire fish just got ich not to long ago but i got medicine for it now its gone what are my reasons it could of gotten ich because of this also?

ohh ok so i just need to get a refractometer and make sure its always good....could this be why my anemone is dying beside that i put it in a tank that was way to young

i dont lol i just do the water changes ... see that why i need people like u guys to explain to me what i need to do because i dont want to be spending money and not knowing what im doing that why i started with a 10 .... so when do i test for salinity if i mix my own water or when i do water...

the water that i put in my tank i dont mix it myself i get it from the fish store that i go too they have it allready done there .... do u test for salinity when u mix your own water

yeah i have never test for salinity ... i do water changes thou every weeks about 2 gallons does that help in any way

ohh man i dont think my saltwater test kit dosent have that for me to test it has pH, nitrate,nitrite,saltwater level, how do i test for salinity man i jump to quink into this huh lol
