    scared clown

Im fairly new to the hobby myself but i know one thing. Get rid of those damsels. Bring em to your LFS for a trade or something. They will do nothing but stress any other fish you put in there. The clown will come around. Don't push him or anything. He will come out when he is comfortable and...

    Adding new fiji rock

All LR will have die off and needs to be cured in a seperate container before adding to your main tank. Without properly curing it, it could set off a mini cycle. You do not want that to happen with livestock in there.

    Tank contents question

IMO live rock is a neccesity. It acts as a natural filtration. You could add it before you add livestock. After that you need to cure it in a seperate container before adding it. I would strongly recommend using live rock to cycle your tank. Its best to get everything and set everything up right...

    Good Lighting

If you plan on keeping all types of corals then metal halide lights are the way to go. They are costly though. If you wanna keep some soft corals like zoos, etc. then a decent pc light will do. Something like a dual satellite with 10,000k and actinic bulbs.
